RACING AIR COOLED CYLINDER KIT
This air cooled
cylinder kit is designed to convert the KTM SX Pro Junior and Pro Senior
(post 2001) Liquid Cooled engine, to comply with ACU & BSMA 50cc air cooled
racing regulations. The cylinder will also fit the Mini Adventurer range to
increase performance over the standard KTM air cooled cylinder.
The transfer
ports on the cylinder are copied from the high performance LC cylinder on the
SX bikes, to give LC performance in an air cooled cylinder (KTM quote
12.5bhp), and a big increase on the low tuned standard air cooled KTM
cylinder.

Replacement
parts (pistons/cylinders etc) can be posted whenever you need them

Re jetting of
carb is required to gain maximum performance & prevent cylinder damage, this
will vary depending on other tuning parts fitted
|

Optimum
performance will require the fitting of a 21mm carb (£91.65 or £99.88, see
carb section)
|
|
Water pump
connections need to be blanked off, radiators & hoses can be removed to save
weight
|
